In August 2011 the first Amateur Freestyle Motocross Jam was held just outside London UK at the Scarry Compound.  The event went down over 3 days and all the riders camped down by the jumps in vans and tents the whole time.  Somehow the shitty English weather just about held for the entire weekend, and everyone threw down on the bikes, and in the party tent!

The AFMX Jam was the first event of it’s kind in the UK, organised by the local  riders and farm owner and all round legend Rob Scarry and his family, who were kind enough to let everyone invade their farm for the weekend, that’s about 25 dirt bikes, a full on mobile bar, party tent, some crazy dune buggy, the monster energy crew, a lot of good freinds oh, and cheeky Daker truck! – it gave everyone that rides fmx in the country, from beginners to Am/Pro’s a chance to get together, hang out, ride and party. The whole event was a blast, and next year’s Jam will go off for sure!
